Experience

Built inside complex industrial operations.

Richard brings 15 years of environmental compliance experience, including work supporting Fortune 100 semiconductor and aerospace organizations. His broader experience includes advanced manufacturing, hazardous materials, industrial wastewater, air permitting, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act programs.

He earned his master’s degree at Arizona State University’s Polytechnic campus and worked there from 2010 through 2013, an early connection to the East Valley’s technology and advanced-manufacturing community.

His approach starts with understanding the operation itself. From there, he connects equipment, chemicals, waste streams, permits, and work practices to the requirements that actually apply. The result is a documented position and a practical program the facility can maintain.

ACP is based in Phoenix, at the center of Arizona’s Silicon Desert, and supports industrial facilities in Arizona and nationwide.
